On December 19th, Iberia together with Ecoembes, Gourmet Gate, Ferrovial, Biogas Fuel Cell and ESCI-UPF presented the ‘Life + Zero Cabin Waste’ project. It is a pioneering project in the airline sector, aiming to recover 80% of the waste generated in aircraft cabins. To this end, throughout its 40-month period, different actions will be developed to improve the management of airline catering waste.
