September 27th is World Tourism Day. This year special emphasis is placed on promoting Sustainable Tourism, socially and environmentally. The World Tourism Organization, under the motto “Travel, enjoy, respect”, invites everyone, companies and tourists, to practice responsible tourism. Coinciding with this day, the Life + Zero Cabin Waste Project is publicized as an example of a commitment to a more sustainable way of traveling.
